Africa Transformation Network is a non-governmental organisation (NGO), wholly committed to improving and transforming the mind-sets, performance and achievements of the youths in Nigeria. ATN is registered as a “limited by guarantee NGO”, meaning she can invest her funds in business and subsequently use the proceeds to finance her various projects. To this end, ATN is providing this veritable platform for you to partner, make money and by extension, contribute to building and developing the youths of this great Nation.

ATN-POWER RANCH

ATN Power Ranch is an agricultural investment project located along Ilorin-Ajase Ipo road, Kwara state Nigeria. This land mass is purposed amongst other projects, to host the largest poultry farm in Nigeria.

The Nigerian market currently needs 650,000 metric tonnes of eggs annually. Incidentally only 30% of this need is being met locally, the 70% gap is met by imports

Layers with 5 to 7 productive years

Laying breeds of chicken lay eggs for as long as 5 to 7 years

Average of 2 eggs daily

Hence we expect the chickens to lay an average of 2 eggs daily within their peak period of 4 years!

Over 10 billion naira yearly revenue

This projected sales volume is expected to generate over 10 billion naira as revenue in a year!

What We Offer

The offer is for you to be a part owner of this poultry business. A total sum of 1 billion naira is being raised through interested individuals who choose to own a piece of this business.

100,000 units of investment slots is on offer for subscription at a cost of N10, 000:00 per unit. With 100 thousand persons subscribing to a slot each, a billion naira shall be raised.

Your annual personal earning from this investment shall be a minimum of 20% return on each slot. This means for every N10, 000:00 you invest, you shall make at least N2, 000:00 every year, while your N10,000:00 still remains in the business. You are free to buy as many slots as you wish till the total 100,000 available units is exhausted.

An insurance provision is also in place in case of the unexpected. Owning a part of this poultry project will create for you a passive, reliable and sustainable revenue source. It would also offer employment to many young people, and generate enough funding for our youth development projects and initiative as an NGO.
